MRS. GEORGE QUAIL DIES IN HOSPITAL

Death Comes Thursday [16 SEP 1954] To Community Resident: Rites Monday [20 SEP 1954]

Mrs. George A. Quail, 64, of route five, Upper Sandusky [OH], died at 2:01 p.m. Thursday in Wyandot Memorial hospital of carcinoma. She had been in failing health two years and seriously ill since last March.

Born in Delaware county, Ohio, March 3, 1890, Emily G. (Hall) Quail was a daughter of Lumas and Rose Ella (Holly) Hall. She was married to George A. Quail in Kenton [OH] August 26, 1943. He survives.

Also surviving are a step-daughter, Mrs. Clarence Clinger, of Mifflin township [Wyandot Co, OH]; four step-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; two nieces, Mrs. Vivian Althauser and Mrs. Norma Jeanne Steiner, and one brother and one sister, U.R. Hall, of Kenton, and Alice, wife of Dewey Failor, of north of this city [Upper Sandusky, OH].

Mrs. Quail was a member of the Salem Methodist Church, in Mifflin township.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 2 p.m. from the Bringman & Co. funeral home, in this city. Rev. Floyd Stevens, of Marseilles, pastor of the Salem Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be made in Grove cemetery, Kenton.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 10 a.m. Sunday [19 SEP 1954] until time for the services Monday.
