FORMER RESIDENT DIES IN FINDLAY [OH]

Services 2 P.M. Wednesday [22 MAR 1961] For Mrs. Frank Irvin

Mrs. Emma Irvin, 93, died at 10:05 a.m. Sunday [19 MAR 1961] in the Kollmeier Invalid Rest Home at Findlay, where shs (sic) was a resident the past nine years. She was bedfast since breaking a hip in a fall on January 27 [1961].

Born September 9, 1867 in Crane Township, Wyandot County [OH], she was the daughter of Frank and Mary (Kloepfer) Grundtisch. She was married to Frank S. Irvin, who died May 5, 1923.

Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Mae Heath, Chicago [IL]; and Mrs. Clara Stalter and Mrs. Estella Newel, both of Upper Sandusky [OH]. Deceased are a son, Harry E. Irvin; two brothers, Edward and P. Edwin Grundtisch; a half-brother, Frederick Yeager; and four sisters, Mrs. Catherine Shively, Mrs. Maud Schindler, Mrs. Louise Robey and Mrs. Flora Cress.

Mrs. Irvin resided in Upper Sandusky before moving to the rest home. She was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ here.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. from the Bringman and Co. Funeral Home here with Rev. Frederick Santschi, pastor of Trinity United Church of Christ, officiating. Interment will be made in Old Mission cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday [21 MAR 1961] from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
