Miss Alma Morris' Rites To Be Held Friday
Miss Alma Horris, 78, of route one, Upper Sandusky, died at Wyandot Memorial
Hospital this Wednesday at 7:30 a.m. She had been seriously ill four days.
Born September 22, 1891, in Eden Township, Wyandot County, she was the
daughter of Finley and Christine (Haller) Morris.
She was the last of her family, a brother, Foster Morris, having preceded
her in death.
Miss Morris was a retired cafeteria worker in the Upper Sandusky School
System. She was a member of West Union United Methodist Church, the W.S.C.S. of
the church and Hospital Guild, No. 27.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 2 p.m. from the Lucas Funeral
Home in Upper Sandusky. The Rev. J.H. Slagle, pastor of West United Methodist
Church, will officiate. Interment will be in the Upper Sandusky Mausoleum.
Friends may call at the Lucas Funeral Home after 2 p.m. Thursday. The family
requests in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the West Union United
